Terms of Service

Last Updated: December 2024

Services

Elevate Cyber Solutions ("ECS") provides cybersecurity consulting services including security assessments, remediation projects, and automation services. Specific services, deliverables, and terms are defined in individual engagement agreements.

Engagement Terms

All consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or engagement letter that outlines:

  • Scope of services
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Deliverables
  • Confidentiality requirements

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. Information shared during assessments and engagements is protected by our standard confidentiality practices and any additional NDA requirements specified in engagement agreements.

Limitation of Liability

Our assessments and recommendations are based on the information available at the time of engagement. While we strive for accuracy and thoroughness, we cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be identified or that implementing our recommendations will prevent all security incidents.

Intellectual Property

Deliverables created specifically for a client during an engagement become the client's property upon full payment. ECS retains rights to methodologies, tools, and frameworks used in providing services.

Independent Contractor

ECS operates as an independent cybersecurity consultant. We are not a managed security service provider (MSSP), do not provide 24/7 monitoring services, and do not resell security products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
